  As always prove everything yourself.....when dealing with a person or company. The pharmacy staff seems Fast and friendly. Prices are great. Susan is like a Mom personable and a great asset to the Derry CVS pharmacy. As for the store staff and one not both of managers I would only give them a ONE star tonight. The first Manager manager I would give 4 stars along with the pharmacy tonight. Ps. It is hard to get someone to let you into their PUBLIC restroom. The first manager allowed me to use the bathroom This is just like other CVS's I have been to around the USA. Staff has let me and said it was public. Even after they installed the key pads. Later, that same visit. I already picked up my prescriptions and had gathered some nicely priced items to purchase. The clerk asked if I had found someone to let me in the bathroom. I told her Yes, the manager she lead me to told me the pharmacy could let me in. There must of been a shift change because a tall white woman wearing purple heard what the last manager had done and got involved in rhe conversation because the clerk asked her opinion on the topic. The manager gauchely said, "corporate wide their restrooms are not public because they are in the break room." I told the clerk that is capricious and told the manager she was not being honest. So if you have a kid and have to deal with a iccl manager or staff member you might have to pull a Big Daddy move when you get outside the store. Asinine I know but you get my point! Iccl ( I Could Care Less)
