  I have to start by saying that unfortunately I am writing this review without ever stepping foot into the actual store. Today was my third attempt to go in to look at backsplash for our kitchen and this was the third time that the store was closed during their operational hours. I completely understand that things come up, however 3 times seems a little excessive. They were more than happy to set up an appointment, however if this is the only way that I would be able to actually look at their products then maybe they should consider appointments only rather than having and posting operational hours. It did seem like their reviews were good and that their products were good, however if you are looking to go here I would definitely set up an appointment first.
